Linux/Java-based solution to deliver Java apps to handsets?

I have written some java apps for mobile phones and have a SMS gateway
in place that I can set the
UDH and other header info. Now I need to know how to set up our linux
servers so taht they can deploy the apps to handsets that I have written.
