enableDataSetEvents(false) does not work

Hi!

The function dataset.enableDataSetEvents( false ) - does not turn off NavigationEvent's.
How can I remove the Navigationlistner manually?

This error was reported in Report #8451, but I do not understand the workaraound descriptions added in this report.

Hope that somebody can help me...
