In a sense, all versions of JBuilder have included a decompiler.
It is used to show you the class stubs when you drill down into
a class for which there is no source available.
But the level of decompilation is limited to just showing
method signatures, variable names, and the like. To my knowledge,
it cannot be set to decompile to the level which I suspect you
wish.
