Whomever... (Is there anybody out there...)
We recently stopped daily re-booting our HPUX 10.20 server which has
our Interbase ERP on it. (Went to only weekend re-boots) Since
sometime around when we stopped the nightly re-boots, but not
necessarily the same time, we have begin getting Interbase log error
messages "INET/inet_error: read errno = 232". We are running IB4.0
(currently in transition to Oracle) and, well, yes it is a bit outdated
-- to say the least. Nonetheless, I've got to work with it until we
are fully migrated to Oracle. Anyone have a clue about this error
message? With the tools we have, the DB checks out ok...

??????

Thanks!

george
