SQL Server Error: request synchronization error + deadlock

We have 4 machines, 1 got this error, 3 others got "SQL Server Error:
deadlock"

When searching in perfmon logs, it occurred at the time of zipping the
database backup.
I use 7zip for it, because it can handle large files (database = 30gb,
backup 17gb, zip = 990mb).
7Zip took almost 100% CPU, leaving few % for IBServer.

Seems to look that stressing a server (so IBServer gets not enough CPU
time) and processing lots
of transactions on the database, that Interbase gets an internal error?
