How to force an IB7.0 Database to replicate - Please help...

We have a setup with 2 Servers running IB7.01.
Server A holds the Source Database and Server B holds the Target
Database.
Server A holds the Source Database and Server B holds the Target
Database.
Last week, we realised that there are 60,000 + records in the REPL_LOG
table (this table holds the details for the IB Replication Manager, to
identify the records, for the replication from Source DB to Target DB)
We tried to force a manual replication but no matter what, the 60,000+
records will not get replicated from Source to Target.
However, new records have no problem replicating.
Can someone please advise??
