Connect to remote database ?

I'm trying to do an dump of an interbase database on a remote server
(named Snorken) from the local machine Attracs_2007. But I it fails:
It is not added in IBconsole in Attracs_2007
Some data about the remote server Snorken:
IP: 192.168.0.201
Last line in windows\system32\drivers\etc\services gds_2k7 3051/tcp
I have a working delphi application that access the database remotly
with database: 192.168.0.201/gds_3051:D:\Databases\ib2007\Attracs-
Test.ib

Here is the output from my tries....

I cannot say that I know more about this issue now.
I have upgraded interbase now from 8.0.0.38 to 8.1.0.257.
I have tried this on the server:

W:\>"c:\Program Files\Borland\InterBase\bin\gbak.exe" -V -D -USER
SYSDBA -PASWORD masterkey D:\Databases\ib2007\ATTRACS-TEST.IB \
\ATTRACS_2007\E\ATTRACSSYN.IB
gbak: ERROR: I/O error for file "\\ATTRACS_2007\E\ATTRACSSYNC.IB"
gbak: ERROR: Error while trying to create file
gbak: ERROR: unknown Win32 error 5

gbak: Exiting before completion due to errors

I have full rights to fileshare \\ATTRACS_2007\E

dir > \\Attracs_2007\E\Test.txt

is no problem.

How can I continue?
