How new user can add column to existed table??

1) I have IB 6.02.
2) I (sysdba) added table TTT.
3) I (sysdba) added a user (GEORGE).
4) I (sysdba) executed sql: grant all on TTT to public with grant option;


When GEORGE logged, he can't add column AA to table TTT:
ALTER TABLE TTT ADD AA integer;

He received:
This operation is not defined for system tables.
unsuccessful metadata update.
STORE RDB$RELATION_FIELDS failed.
no permission for control access to TABLE KOM_PAK_POLISY.

what should I to do?

Only the table owner is allowed to change the table structure.

can I make: all users are owners of one table?

No. A table can only have exactly one owner.

Connect as sysdba or the database owner if you want to make metadata
changes.

Is posible to grant privileges for a ROLE ?
then is posible to modify structure if users are loged with that ROLE!!!

No, only the table owner can modify the table structure.

You cannot grant meta-data privileges.

There is no privilege you can grant that will let a user other than
the owner or sysdba change metadata.
