Together not working in Dev Studio 2006 with C++Builder

Hi - I have recently downloaded the evaluation version of Developer Studio
2006 and have noticed what I assume to be problems with C++Builder.

1. The structure menu doesnt display published variables in components.
2. None of the Together functionality appears to work. The General page in
the Tools- Options allows you to enable Together functionality, but no
options appear for it in the project menu. The model display appears blank
.... no model .... no diagrams etc. The problem doesnt occur with C# or
Delphi implementations.

I assume this sort of functionality should work with the C++Builder
personality.

I have completely uninstalled and removed any CBuilder 6 folders that I had,
and removed any references to it in the system path, all to no avail. I
re-installed Dev studio after doing all of this.

Any help on this one would be appreciated.
