Hello.

I have two questions regarding such an upgrade.

1.
TogetherDesigner 2006 for Eclipse doese not seem to recognize the
existing diagrams of my project (with Together 6.0.1 file format) but
opens them as text files. What do I have to do to open a diagram
appropriately?

2.
I had written a Together API based module extending the Inspector within
Toegther 6.0.1 to fit our special needs. Is there any chance to reuse
this module respectively achieving the same effect within Eclipse?

Thanks in adavance an kind regards,
Kathrin

1. how did you import your project in Designer 2006 - via Import Together
Project wizard, or? How do you open your diagrams - from Model Nsavigator,
or from Navigator view? The latter one handles resources (files), and opens
files in text editor. Use Model Navigator to work with Tg stuff
2. TCC modules can't be re-used in Tg 2006 - APIs are too different. But you
can use Eclipse API to extend its Properties Sheet in preferred way.

Thanks for your answer.

1.
Actually, I have not yet succeeded in importing our C++ Project. Only
the first package is imported and only its structure but no classes at
all ...

2.
Could you give me a suitable starting point for my "search"? ;)

Kind regards, Kathrin

to
only design projects can be imported to Designer 2006. It doesn't support
C++.

Is there a chance of converting a C++ project into a design project?

to
using XMI only - export your C++ project to XMI, and then import it into
design project
