License server problem with Togother Designer 2006 for Eclipse

Hi all,
I have generated the license file for a Belise license server but
unfortunatly I have this error message in my log file :
!ENTRY com.borland.license 4 4 2005-11-22 14:59:41.53
!MESSAGE Network license error:Cannot connect to license server(4,0)
It seems that the server is unreachable. Anyone know where to specify the server name ?
