Toolbox items in VS

Hi all,

I've lost all my Together toolbox items in Visual Studio. Running the installer
and selecting repair didn't fix the problem. Unfortunately and can't attempt
a reinstall since VS has been upgraded to Sp1 and together doesn't install
on VS Sp1. Also I have not come across a means to uninstall a VS Sp1. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
