We have been unable to get Kylix3 functioning on any flavor of
Fedora. We did getting running with integrated debugging on CentOS
using a few tricks (I will elaborate if there is anyone else on the
planet who wants to know).

The only problem remaining is that we cannot debug our apache dso. We
can debug a normal application but when we run our apache dso project
we see two instances of httpd running, the blue dots disappear and
there is no debugging. If I can't resolve this problem soon I'll be
forced to roll back to RH9.
