Files not updated in D7 Update 1

I have compared the content of my Delphi 7 Professional CD with the content
on my Harddrive after applying the Delphi 7 Update (engl) according to the
ReadMe-File and noticed that several Files have not been updated, or are
missing completely (Version Number also mismatches):

I am using Delphi 7 Professional (engl) on Windows XP Service Pack 1 (all
Windows Updates applied). I also have Delphi 5 and Delphi 8 for .NET
installed.

I even reinstalled Delphi and the Update and still the same behaviour.

Files not updated:

Files missing (could be they are not in the Pro Version)

It would be nice if someone could reaffirm this, or if it is just an error
of my system.

I know that least some of your missing files are not in the Pro version,
specifically the dbExpress drivers for Oracle and SQL Server

Pro does not ship the followong files so they wont be added or updated.
There only in Delphi Enterprise and Arch:

We can not compiling SQLExpr. I have read your problem
and tried to rename the sqlexpr.dcu.de in sqlexpr.dcu

After this everything works.
