Problems with Borland Turbo Support Passport

Hi,

I purchased a Turbo Support key, and I have problems activating it.
I registered on http://support.borland.com/turbo website and the application
told me to wait for an email message from borland.
I've been waiting for that message for 4 days! I'm sure that e-mail address
was right because it's the same of my bdn account.
If I try to register again I get: "This Turbo Support Key is already
registered to you".
I cannot login because I don't have my "support account"
What can I do?

I should write to someone of turbo support who can help me, but I don't know
and I can't find any e-mail address about this.
I think that it would be safe to send me this mail again but who can hemp
me?

Its most likely either in your spam bin, or your bdn mail address is
out of date.

Contact codegear they maybe able to assist you
