What exactly am I entitled to do with the version of Interbase 6 that is
included on the Delphi 6 Professional CD?

The license agreement is somewhat cryptic!

D6 Pro comes with a 2 user local InterBase developers license. It won't accept
remote connections and it is not a deployable license, you have to purchase
additional licenses to deploy.
