Error 1926

I'm trying to install D7 on my W2K computer. D6 SP2 is installed.

Where I try to install the message:
"Error 1926. Could not set file security for file C:\Config.Msi\. Error: 5.
Verify that you have sufficient privileges to modify the security
permissions for this file."

I was logged in as administrator when I tried this.

First, make sure that the Config.Msi folder exists. Then, select properties
and make sure the security privileges on the folder are 'Full Control' for
Administrator.
