Unable to find package import (linker fatel error)

I am new to C++ builder and have recently installed the trial version. When
I try and compile and run my program I receive a message saying Unable to
find package import proide50.bpi and a list of others. I have checked and it
appears that all the appropriate option menus point to the LIB and BIN
directories where these files can be found. It appears that the files are
missing. If someone could shed some light on this problem, I would
appreciate it.
