I swear, I will never again give in to the temptation to try Borland
products, I will never maintain or sell another Borland product, and the
sooner they go belly up the sooner they benefit mankind.

I used to be a big user and seller of Borland products. However, tech
support sucks, their website is cumbersome and doesn't work reliably, and
contacting someone who can help is nearly impossible because Borland doesn't
know the meaning of "Customer support". (I HATE filling out the same form
multiple times for different pages. Why ask me to set cookies if they don't
know how to use them?)

I should have learned my lesson a few years back when I tried to help a
client using Paradox.

I call on all current Borland users to help put them out of their misery by
moving to other products.

I agree! I send emails and fill out online forms requesting a
response...nothing. The thought has crossed my mind to drop them like
a bad habit!
