How to set Timeout value of HTTPRIO to access Webservice 's Method ???

I'm sorry my English is so poor!

I try this

HTTPRIO1.HTTPWebNode.ConnectTimeout := 5000;
HTTPRIO1.HTTPWebNode.SendTimeout := 5000;
HTTPRIO1.HTTPWebNode.ReceiveTimeout := 5000;

but it does't work better...
