We are trying to use the soap components to our server. We have everything
working.
But a customer reported that it doesn't work for them because they use a
proxy server.
I did some research and what I need to do is use the Proxy property of
THttpRio.
I am assuming that the UserName and Password properties for THttpRio
corresponds to the proxy server's.
I don't seem to have much luck finding where I would specify the Port and
what type of Authentication it uses.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nevermind... found that the port needs to be appended to the Proxy property.
The authentication is just setting the username/password. Assuming ...leave
blank if none required.

Hello,

Thanks for the follow-up post. The proxy settings basically maps to the 3rd
and 4th parameter of InternetOpen... while the username/password map to the
4th/5th parameter of InternetConnect. And yes, you may leave these blank.

Cheers,

Bruneau.
