Delphi 7, RxLib Clipboardviewer, and MS Word

Folks,

I have a problem:

I use Clipboardviewer from RxLib in my application.
When application is running, if I would open Word, I'll have an error Out Of
System Resources. There is no any indiccation on problems with system
resources, however, this errir is quite stable. Looks like there is
dependency between RxLib ClipboardViewer and the Word.

Would someone please help?

To prepare test application is enough to drop ClipboardViewer on form, and
compile the application.
