Place a Toolbar at the bottom of a form.
Create four buttons.
All the buttons are aligned to the left of the Toolbar
Does anyone know if it is possible to align the buttons to the right of the
Toolbar?
Thanks in advance.

No. Microsoft's toolbar control allows only left-algned buttons.

Put a separator as the left most element in your toolbar. Calculate
the width of the form. Take away the widths of your buttons and then
set the separator width to that value and the buttons will appear
right aligned.
