The only thing I have found up to now, is ComponentWorks (ActiveX) from
National Instruments.
We used it initially, but are dropping them now.
We are developing an application, where we've got close to 200 knobs, sliders,
buttons, indicators, etc. (not all visible at the same time).
Unfortunately their components does not perform very well, they do not
indicate if a value is out of scale (no indication at all, only moves the
needle to the maximum, not beyond), and it seems like the Delphi 3 interface
to ActiveX is poorly made.
I have like you searched for that sort of components, with no luck.
We have decided to make our own components now. If you stumble over something
useful, please let me know. I will rather use something existing, than
reinventing it. However we have come to the conclusion, that without
sourcecode it's a no-go.
Kind regards

you can try our Abakus VCL, with meters, bars, Tank level, operating point
display and a 2 channel mini trend. This library supports all delphi
versions and the Soucecode is also available. Actually there is no
knob/slider but cumming soon (~4 weeks) in version 1.30.
