Outlook style toolbar - rigth pane component

Is it possible to use Delphi compnents to get the same style
of outlook toolbar that is on the right side of Outlook.

I there any free component that does it?

Have a look to the GX Components Pack from GExperts
(http://www.gexperts.com/) It includes an Outlook toolbar like the one you
need, plus a lot of other interesting components.
