Sometime when I use the Tab character (#9) it displays fine (Caption
property) and sometimes it displays the "|" character (Hint property). Why?

Thanks,
Adam

The "graphic" for a tab character is usually drawn with that
vertical bar or solid block - which is the default graphic for
characters with no defined graphic. In some cases, the drawing
software may be scanning the text for tab characters and
interpreting them as spacing commands. It just depends on where
you are using them.

Good luck.

Kurt
