A client of mine just reported that one of my commercial applications
won't start on his system because he get the following error message:

"Exception EPrinter in module {myapplication.exe} at 00021BC1.
Printer selected is not valid."
This is first time I hear about this error message (I have several
thousand clients using this application) and I have no idea what may be
causing this. Any suggestion?

Does he have any printers installed? Does he have a default printer
selected?

I cannot say for certain but try running the application on a computer /
operating system that has no installed printers.
