In the InitThemeLibrary function

It should read

GetThemeBackgroundContentRect := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundContentRect');
GetThemeBackgroundExtent := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundExtent');

and not

GetThemeBackgroundContentRect := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundContentRect');
GetThemeBackgroundExtent := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
GetThemeBackgroundContentRect );

Well qc.codegear.com must the most unfriendly website I have ever come
across. My report ended up in Delphi-BCB. So if that is not the correct
place I suggest someone reports this to the correct area.
