It should read
GetThemeBackgroundContentRect := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundContentRect');
GetThemeBackgroundExtent := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundExtent');
and not
GetThemeBackgroundContentRect := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
'GetThemeBackgroundContentRect');
GetThemeBackgroundExtent := GetProcAddress(ThemeLibrary,
GetThemeBackgroundContentRect );
