Can't find assemblies

Hello,

Using Delphi Arch 2005 (or starting to) and Win XP Pro SP2.

So I try to open and convert an older VCL component and everything looks
like it worked, then I receive errors stating that VCL.DLL is missing, etc.
I agree that it is missing, as I can't find it on my hard drive, but how do
I make VCL.DLL go un-missing, can someone please tell me where I can find
that file?
