turbo delphi question - how to distribute an app

Hello people, how are you ?

i am contacting to you because i have just downloaded
turbo delphi explorer and made my first .NET app.

based on VCL.NET it works great! but in the same machine were turbo is
installed.

i really dont know how to distribute (and what to distribute) external
files that my EXE needs to run on another machines...
(i dont know if turbo has a distribution-package like .NET 1.1, 2.0, 3.0)
(i dont know if i have to distribute all borland.vcl.* and how....)

- do you have any art. where to learn about it ?
- can you tell me in some lines how to do it ?

Didn't you ask the same question yesterday in
borland.public.delphi.language.delphi.dotnet ?
