April 08 Hotfix for CodeGear RAD Studio 2007

I am already April 08 Hotfix and May08HelpUpdate install sucessfull, after
that Uninstall CodeGear 2007.

Now...
When I attempt to reinstall I get a message that 'All files successfully
updated. Press "Finish" to exit the installer,' but no files are listed and
the updated files are not copied to .../5.0/bin. I completely unintalled and
reinstalled CodeGear 2007 but the April update will still not re-intall.
Any idea how I can get the Apil update to re-install?
