German Language-File

Hi,

last week, I started to use Rave Reports.
I'm German, and in a german delphi book, there is a screenshot of Rave
Reports Designer with German menu entrys.
In my (BE-Edition-)Rave-Reports-Designer, they are in english.

In the preferences is a combo box with the Label 'Language', but there's
nothing inside. In the help, there's a screenshot of the dialog, and in
the combobox, there are some languages, enclosed German.

Now, I don't know how I can - if possible - switch the language to
German. I think there must exist some language-files.
Is that a bug or a feature? Probably, the BE-Editition is only available
in English?
