VSoft are probably asleep at the moment, but the simple answer is yes, the
offer will be good. Indeed, I think you won't have long to wait! But my
understanding is that AtoZed are a sort of co-operative, and VSoft are
going off on their own with FinalBuilder 3. The same team and everything,
just sold from a specific web site now.

Hi,

I went to the www.finalbuilder.com website after reading some of the
messages in this news group.

It is software from a company VSoft Technologies.

However, in this news group FinalBuilder appears to be developed by
AToZedSoftware. They are promising a free upgrade to version 3 of the
product if version 2 is purchased after the 1st of nov. 2004.

Is this the same product, and is the offer valid for VSoft too ?

Thanks,

Atozed is a "marketing coop", it doesnt actually own or develop any of the
products it "brands", but does have rights to them. Each product is developed
by a development company. For FB this is VSoft.

FB has chosen to exit the Atozed brand though and this is why you see a
separate website now. Atozed and VSoft remain partners however. Why did VSoft
leave? Just a difference in future strategic directions and VSoft wanted a
bit more feedom as we've all been successful in the startup that Atozed
provided us over the past few years.

ELK IPH Inc, yes. Its the development company for IntraWeb, but Atozed hold
exclusive rights to market, sell, promote, relicense etc. ELK is just an
opearting company to handle the development for logistic reasons.

In addition to the answers provided by Chad & Matthew, yes the offer is
still valid. FinalBuilder 3 should be released this coming week, we're just
finishing off an upgrade to our internal customer system and ecommerce
system to handle upgrades etc.
