Your registered URL still shows v1.1.0.25. Is this just a typo or isn't
1.1.0.26 on-line yet?
Thanks...

I just downloaded it and it was indeed 1.1.0.25, geared to DBISAM
4.19. It is not like Sendero to waste their registered user's time
like this. I am particularly keen to get a fix for the pernickety
restructure process. I am sure they will see to it soon.

My FB Script was still pointing to our old Host.
1.1.026 is now posted to the correct Host.

Scott.

Scott,
These things happen! No worries. Unfortunately, while the web
site now does indeed refer to 1.1.0.26 there appears to be something
wrong with the link. Firefox reports "Done" almost immediately. As
the "immediate" download is the full size (6.93MB), and I don't have
broadband, I assume that the link is identical to the previous
download and Firefox is being clever. I repeated the install and,
sure enough, it was the same as last time 1.1.0.25 in support of
DBISAM 4.19. I now have 4 copies of it<g>.

I just downloaded using IE and FF and it reports as 1.1.0.26 on both.
Sounds like you need to clear your temp files?
7.05MB is the current size.
If you continue to have problems, please let me know.
Regards,
Scott.

Scott,
For the life of me, I cannot work out why Firefox is considering
its job done. Nor can I find any entry in a temp file to clean out.
I have not come across this sort of thing before where a click of F5
did not fix it.
As we speak, however, NetCaptor is performing a full download from
the same link and is reporting the expected size as 7.05 MB. So, the
problem is obviously completely at my end.
Further, as we speak, NetCaptor has just lost the plot and dropped
the connection after just over 2MB, and your download link does not
seem to let GoZilla into the act (which is a real pain, incidentally).
.....
It has just crashed again at about the same point. However as this
seems to be a localised problem, I will discontinue this thread and
come back to you through normal support channels.

Allan Knox
p.s. I have never ever had the slightest problem with DBi desktop in
several years of use, other than a few minor hiccups, causing a few
minutes delay, with restructuring (and these problems appear now to
have been addressed). I can thoroughly recommend it, and any casual
readers of these posts should know that this situation is a very
unusual blip which is not affecting my current installation at all.

Allan,
Just an FYI, after Scott advised that he updated the file correctly, I
was able to download it with no problems both with IE6 and Maxthon
(previously MyIE2).

Thanks Jan,
I have had 3 attempts with IE6 and all failed at about the same
point (just after 2MB). I suspect it is a local problem, and your
evidence is confirming that. I have approached Sendero support
directly to see if they can offer any advice.
Regards
Allan
I have sent you a direct link to a ZIP file. Hopefully this will solve your
problem.
If not, let me know.
Regards,
Scott.

Scott,
As you already know, but for the benefit of others, the zip file
still gave my IE6 problems. However, the new link was Gozilla
friendly and that soon had the download safely in place - with the
subsequent installation proceeding just as smoothly as always.
Thank you for your prompt and effective action.
