ANN: New google gorups for MUTIS (Search engine)

I setup a google groups at groups.google.com for MUTIS (The only open
source search engine for Delphi).

Feel free to sing up, and talk about the project, search engines, data
mining and that stuff!

P.D.

I have problem with the MUTIS site because I'm building a startup but as
soon as I can I fix that.

What is MUTIS about?
Is a search engine like google or like windows explorer file search?
Can you explane in detail it's functionality and posible uses?

Is a *engine* ie, is the tool for build any other kind of search
program, is like the firebird or sql server engine.


Their task is provide a API for store, process and search fast any kind
of data.

Work like a Dataset.

Is based in the Lucene search engine. If you google about it, you can
see how work. MUTIS is API & Format compatible with Lucene and the
others Lucene ports.

Yhe code is in beta and a large part is functional. I include a basic
demo, but still need help for finnish them and fix a couple of bugs. Is
done in a 80%.
