we switched our products completly to AnyDAC
http://www.remobjects.com/anydac
Beside the very powerful native access to all kind of databases we
cannot imagine to live anymore without the powerfull array commands
(factors of >10 faster)
As well the strong offline mode and InMemory DataSet allow to build
extremly flexible applications.

Guenther, slightly OT, I never quite got my head around AnyDAC although
the concept appealed immensely. In fairness, I haven't looked at it
since it became commercial ware.
Coming from dbGO, with experience pretty much limited to it, how
difficult would you regard the learning curve? Second, is it possible to
generalise on the degree of difficulty in migrating existing dbGO based
(Delphi Win32) applications to AnyDAC?
Thanks

"In moments of great passion, the mind tends to be flooded with a warm
vision of the person in our arms. We are unlikely, at that point, to be
analyzing their flaws, real or hypothetical. Even less likely if lying
in darkness. As for the possible product of our intercourse, only the
most peculiar lover would be fretting, while in the act, over whether
such a child might or might not be an appropriate and worthy creation."

I am using Zeos with MSSQL 2005 using ADO. Zeos is not dead or going to
die. Zeos stable version is going to be released soon.
