Borland has a special website for this:
http://www.borland.com/about/piracy.html
with the email address to report such cases: report...@borland.com.
There is no need to publish the URL here.

I cancelled the first two messages in this thread and Borland legal have
been notified.
Mike Orriss (TeamB and DevExpress)
Thanks.
I do think that you shouldn't have cancelled any messages.
Censorship should be kept at an absolute minimum.
Instead you could have replaced the link with
"<Link removed by TeamB>" or something like that.
Then we all could be sure what kind of stuff was removed.
I don't know enough about achives, but one could hope
that the backup at Google and other places, would be altered as well.
As it is now, you can still find the removed post with link at Google.
It's only a few days ago, the link started to be password-protected

I do understand your concerns, but where would _you_ draw the line?

First of all, you still wouldn't know what was actually removed; Second:
wouldn't that also be censorship (reminds me of Orvel :) Third: this would
imply that we don't trust people who we, frankly, depend upon (up to a
certain extent anyway); Fourth: I don't think Mike, as a volunteer, should
spend any more time on these issues than necessary; Fifth: this is not warez
site, and there are certain policies in place... should I go on :)

No. You cannot alter someone's else message. You can only cancel it,
exterminate it from Google, whatever, but not modify it.
