I am currently looking for some natural language processing tools. I am
especially interested in stemming or lemmatization tools but also part of
speech tagging.

Is there any component, DLL, or development tool available for Delphi
programmers?
Someone told me that Microsoft had a component named MNLP (Microsoft Natural
Language Processor) but I was unable to find any information on their web
site.
