TopGrid TtsGrid - Disapearing Columns?

Hello,
Does anyone know if TopSupport's TopGrid has a bug, where all of the columns will disappear on a grid? Maybe an undocumented (or documented) keystroke? Yes, I am drawing straws there.
I have not been able to purposely reproduce the behavior. I'm trying to figure out what possibly triggers this behavior.
I have been supporting an older application that was written in Delphi. I don't have the source code, but I am really sure that the grid component in this application was a product of TopSupport, called TopGrid.
The class name "TtsGrid" kind of clues me in, when I examine the GUI objects.
This package seems to have been picked up by http://www.objectsight.com/ about 12 or so years ago.
