There is nothing called TPostItem in D7, so it has to be some 3rd-party
stuff. Ask in borland.public.delphi.thirdpartytools.general

(I did not choose to install these with D7 since I had no use for
them). Drop one on a form and save the form. Look at the Uses clause
before and after and tell us which unit(s) get added by the save
operation.

OK, then it is part of the OLE automation stuff for MS Outlook. The
documentation for the Outlook object model is provided by Microsoft.
Unfortunately the docs are usually geared towards VBA users but it is
not too hard to translate them. In fact the Office products typically
come with a help file for VBA programmers, although it may not be
installed by default.
Just do a Google search for

If you have further questions ask them in the
borland.public.delphi.oleautomation group.
