Popups and hints on a Gantt Chart

Hi all.

I am looking for some way to show a hint for a single bar on a Gantt Chart.
For example, show the value in the hint while the bar has the label as its
text. I would also like to have a popup that is associated with a specific
bar (rather than with the whole chart). However, if there is a way to get
the bar that was clicked on from the popup for the whole chart, that would
suffice. Does anyone have any suggestions or hints as to where to search
for some help?
