Customised ReportWriter using Delphi 3

ERP package) written in Delphi. The application uses a SQL Server
database having 300 tables. I need to have End-User Reporting in my
application. Also, if the user wants to create reports on Sales, then
only relevant tables should be shown to him. I also need to provide the
end-user with information regarding each field in the table. How can I
achieve this ?? PLease help

I strongly recommend downloading a trial version of ReportBuilder Pro
3.5.
With ReportBuilder Pro you can use one reporting tool to ALL of your
reporting - developer and end-user. There is a rich set of features that
include advanced capabilities like free form subreports and you can
define shift-relative to relationships for stretchable components like
memos, richtext, regions, and subreport. The office 97 style visual
designer will remind your end-users of other products they are familar

With the trial version you can create reports just as you would with the
registered version, the only limitations are max of 5 pages of output
for any report and if you print to the printer, our company info will
print on the page also.
