[AS400] : D3 and D4 at the same time

It's possible to run at the same time a sub system 'CO400TCP' for D3 and
'CO404TCP' for D4 on 1 AS/400 ?

And It's possible to run at the same time on the same PC D3 module and D4
module on 2 programs ?

Can anyone offer suggestions?
