We have developed a program using Delphi 3. It works find in our development
environment.

However we deployed to customer, they always got an error "Exception
EAccessViolation in module xxxx.exe at FFFFF001. Access violation at address
00000001. Read of address 00000001."
while exit the program.

Anyone way to trace it and how to identify the cause ?

You could use a stack tracer. A stack tracer can allow your users to send
you a bug report that gives you the unit name and line number of where the
exception happened, and also the chain of calls (by method/function name)
that occured up to the point of the exception. You can get a very good value
one from here :

If you do use it then you may need to switch on "include debug dcu's" in the
compiler options. Stacvk trcers are aboslutely invaluable for resolving
problems after distribution.
