I/O Error 32

I'm opening a file using the reset command. This gives an exception with
error code 32, which I can't find in the help.

Any ideas what it is?

error code 32 indicates a

ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by
another process.
