We have created a small application on our C drive and desire to make
a copy on another drive and a new directory. When we attempt this, the
nwe project points to the old project on the C drive.
What do we need to do to make it point to the new project directory, so
that they work as two separate projects?
Thanks in advance!
Phil Tusa
Use Delphi to load the project from the c: drive and then use 'Save Project as'
to save it to the new location.
Else examine the source code of the project file and amend as necessary.
Phil, I accomplish this by avoiding the copy of the <project>.dsk
file. Regards, JohnH
PS: Do you happen to know John Gallemore, HPD, retired?
Delete the DSK file and let the project recreate it. If you want to keep the
history, then edit the file and change the old path to the new path wherever
it occurs.

Copy only these files
.dpr
.pas
.dfm
.res
(plus .rc, .inc eventually),
not .cfg, .dof, .dsm etc.
and recompile.
