Anyone know what a Windows PVOID pointer type is? Closest Delphi equivalent
type?

Actually, you should probably provice the C/C++ code that you are trying to
convert. Makes it easier to figure out. I'm not sure if PVOID is just a
pointer to a procedure (since all C procedures are functions that return a
void) or what.

PVOID is a pointer to a void (a typeless nothing). So PVOID is in fact
a typeless pointer: a Pointer.
