16bit resource file to 32bit

how can i convert a 16bit resource file used by Delphi 1,2 to a 32bit
resource file to be use by Delphi4 ?

the file i have is a filename.res

If you have the Borland Resource Workshop program, you can open your
.Res file in 16-bits mode, save it as a .rc file, switch to 32-bits mode
and reopen the .rc file.
After this, you will need to edit manually the dialog resources, because
the font is not the same between 16-bits and 32-bits and the size of the
controls will not always be correct.

Open it in Delphis Imageeditor and immediately save it again, that will
convert it.
