Hi,

Can someone please read the folowing documents about Ingres Open Source and clarify
Some things to me.(I hate contracts and my English in not well too.)

If CA does the same thing Borland Did in the Interbase Incident. What can be done.

Can someone derive a new project from this Like FireBird was to Interbase?

Ca can start selling Ingres again?(Although I think they´re not stupid enough).

Well there is still an open-source version of Interbase, so I suppose the
same thing can be done.

Yes.

Probably, but instead they are offering support and 'indeminification' for a
fee, so it's the same thing.
