I just happened to read this message by coincidence.

You may have noticed that there is not much useful content here
anymore. These groups are not the Borland groups, they are mere Usenet
mirrors run wild. The real ones, on the Borland server, don't even
exist anymore. They were replaced by the CodeGear groups, but you can
only access those from the Embaracedro/CodeGear server.
